or directly via the link sent to you by your responsible buyer.

5. How do I register on the BORA supplier management platform?
To use the supplier portal, you have to register once. During the registration process you will be provided with online-forms in which you have to enter your company master data, which is not only your company address and contact information, but also your supplier self-assessment form. In addition to that, you can upload and store presentations, certificates or other important documents. Based on the information you provide, the responsible buyer will check and decide whether you are eligible for further cooperation. You will be informed of the result. The verification may take a few days.

An email will be sent to you once registration is complete. Together with the password that you assigned yourself during registration, you can log in to the supplier portal in future and maintain and update your details at any time.
You can also customise the username and password yourself.

The access is personalised, i.e., if other colleagues besides you want to work with the supplier portal or you have different responsibilities, you can name them in your supplier master data; they will afterwards receive their own access data.

7. What documents do I have to upload?
Please upload the documents and certificates requested in the supplier self-assessment form and provide them with the requested key data, such as term, etc. The more information you provide us about your company, the better it is for the decision-making process and will avoid future queries.
In addition, we naturally reserve the right to ask you in special cases to fill in questionnaires, NDA or similar documents and to make them available online.

8. When should I update my details and certificates?
In your own interest, you should keep your details up to date and revise them immediately in the event of significant changes. Anyway, we will ask you to review once a year, or in occurrence of certain events, e.g., your certificate expires.
